Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the purchase, your order may be eligible for full refund or an exchange. Please go through the below information for more details on our return policy.

Exchanges

We do NOT accept & offer any exchange to the dresses / costumes / outfits purchased with us as they are completely designed as per your (client) requirements unless a wrong product is received.

In such case, please send us an email at [email protected] with order ID, photo of the package not more than 2-3 hours from the time of delivery – Exchange delivery charges should be born by the customer.

Returns

We check the condition of each and every costume thoroughly before we deliver it to you. So we DO NOT allow returns for the products at any cost, except if,

  • The costumes in the package are torn or have stains caught during delivery
  • Wrong product/variant was delivered

Any return request should be submitted within 24 hours from the delivery time. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

A full-continuous-unedited video of the unboxing is mandatory to initiate a return request.

Return Process

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and send us an email at [email protected] with order ID, photo of the package. Return delivery charges should be borne by the customer.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.

Amount will be refunded ONLY in the form of Store Credits (or) into your AS wallet with in 30 minutes of refund confirmation. Store Credits / Wallet amount can be used for future purchases with us. We will notify you by E-mail and SMS when your return has been processed.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Important Note:

It is mandatory that you capture a video evidence of the unboxing/unpacking of the delivered product for us to accept returns/refunds.
